Held funds
I didn't use an Ebay pre paid USPS label for a sale. I used UPS and the item was delivered on time. My funds are being held because they think I used a USPS label. How do I get my funds released?? The absence of customer service is ridiculous. Thanks in advance, everyone. I appreciate it.

ALL new or infrequent Sellers have their funds held for approximately 30 days in the event the Buyer requests a refund. The Seller needs to have the funds available to allow for that. Once you start having consistent, successful U.S. sales, your funds will be released quicker.
In the meantime, as long as you uploaded a tracking number to the transaction, and that tracking shows a successful delivery, whether it was USPS or UPS, should not affect the hold on your funds.
