eBay dosnt want to release my money. I provided correct shipping tracking...both sellers have agreed their items have arrived n happy I was on the phone w customer service and thought it was resolved but there customer service is terrible. They even called me and then I hear they never do so was I hacked? I can't resolve it because they won't tell me

First, make sure the registered name on ebay matches exactly to the name on your checking account. You can make any changes here:
My ebay > Summary > Account > Personal information
Make sure you supply a physical street address. You can change to your P.O. box later.
