We sold a ring to an international customer. The current DHL status says “Arrived at pickup pointâ€. What does that mean? Where is the pickup point, does the buyer have to go somewhere to pick it up?

Mentor7 months ago@chictochicinc. Yes that means that the buyer needs to pick-up. They might need to pay custom fees or they provided a shipping address that requires them to pick-up
Your job as a seller is done once the item safely reaches the shipping hub. If the buyer files a refund request of any kind then eBay will refund the buyer and you keep the $ from the sale.

If you are concerned about your Payout eBay most likely considers you a returning seller and subject to fund holds of up to 30 days.
