Heavy items cannot be returned in its original carton due to damage of contents.
Seller heavy items damaged during the shipping. I cannot send them back in their original box. Seller provided return labels so eBay is not providing to step in. Item was not as described as some parts were damaged and missing.

Mentor5 months agoIf the outer shipping box was damaged, then you will have to locate a box in order to ship everything back to the seller. Check with grocery stores or other retail stores for a suitable box.
