Health product received defective but not returnable in that condition.
I am trying to contact eBay about a defective item I received . it says agent will call me it does not work. I have to make a return for a refund but the return is not posible because it is a health product related.it is a resin. It came with the Cap off so it was opened and of course not safe to use in a patient. This seller is requesting a return but it is not posible because the item is opened, the resin can be leaked and of course for health regulations it can not be returned in that way because it is trash . how I can fix this? They won't help. how I can contact eBay regarding this?
