    inreport to eBay my recent health issues which explain why I have not been able to it items on eBay because of my health pain.

    I'm sorry you are having health issues. 

    There are no exemptions for not shipping or fulfilling orders. 

    eBay wants sellers to have a back up plan in case you get sick or have an emergency.
