Headphones
Purchase headphone from a seller & I received them today I charged the headphone cause they were died charged til the light turned blue to be fully charged & didn’t even have them on for 5 mins & said battery is almost died. Contacted the seller & was told by the seller Sorry I'm not responsible for them) they're new so it's not my fault!

Mentor5 months agoYou have 30 days from the date of delivery to open an “item not as described case”. This overrides the sellers return policy. Go to your Purchase History and find the item. Then under “More actions” click on “Return item” and then select the reason for the return as “doesn't match description". It may ask you to attach a photo so the seller and eBay can see what was received. After this time has passed you would have to go to your payment source to see what help they can give.
