OP3 years agoHeadlights arrived 13th January order number 15-09508-80942.
Parts missing and fault; bulbs and bulb holders missing. Bulb holder bases differ in sizes.

As I specified in my earlier post, file a Return Request, follow the instructions I provided.
How could they arrive Jan. 13th when it is only Jan. 12th?

If you received an item that is not as it was described in the listing, you can file a Return Request:
Go to your Purchase History, find the item, and under “More actions†click on “Return item†and select the reason for the return. (not as described)
The seller will have 3 days to either accept the return and provide a prepaid return shipping label OR refund without having you return the item.
If they don't do either, you can go back to your Return Request details 4 days after you filed the Request and ask Ebay to step in.
