He not received refund
How do you contact eBay to request a refund? The seller has already received my returned item and it’s been 2 weeks and I have not received my refund.

How did you return the item? Did you first open a not as described dispute and receive a return shipping label through ebay? Or did you just handle this by dealing with the seller, mailing the item back on your own? If you mailed it on your own hopefully you still have the postal receipt with the tracking number on it. You would need that to prove to ebay that the item was returned.
You should open the link below and read the terms and time frames for ebay's Money Back Guarantee (MBG). The protections work well for those who use it properly. I suggest saving/bookmarking it for possible future use.
