He do I deny a return? I try using the steps listed on eBay, but it never takes me to a decline
I want to deny a return as a seller. Everytime i try eBay’s steps, it basically doesn’t allow me to do it

Mentor1 year agoIf the return was based on the "Item not as described" reason you cannot decline the return. You must accept the return, provide a prepaid return label and make a full refund once the item is returned.
If the reason stated was something else please let us know so we can give further advise.
