hCaptcha
I've been a loyal eBay customer since 2007. Never had any problems. Now suddenly the "Best Match" pull down menu doesn't work.
Also, when I go to pay for an item I get sent to "hCaptcha" hell. It cycles over and over again indefinitely.
My last purchase took me over an hour to complete the transaction.
The item I am trying to purchase now failed entirely.
What is wrong with eBay?

Any difference if you use another browser?
