Having trouble with shipping label
Hello I’m having trouble with shipping an item due to it not allowing me to get a shipping label because it keeps saying invalid address of buyer. I tried contacting the buyer but no response. How can i resolve this?

Mentor1 year ago@prislo_6249. You will need to cancel the sale as problem with buyers address. Refund the buyer and relist so that the the buyer can purchase again with a valid address.
They may notice the cancelation even though they are not responding to your messages.
Even if they had responded the only this is the only way to change an address. You must always ship to the address provided at checkout to have seller protection for tracking proof of delivery.
