Having trouble viewing a pre-view of a listing before I list it
When I hit pre-view, this shows up
signin.ebay.comrefused to connect...
I can go ahead and list it no problem.

·2 years agoSome sellers are experiencing this issue, mostly with Firefox, I think, but some see it in other browsers. My version 116.0.3 of Firefox updated on Aug 16, 2023, and I have not had the problem. But that is probably when it showed up for others. It may also be something else that updated, like a browser add on, that changed security settings and that does not allow the preview page to open due to the sign-in authentication not being passed to the preview page.
In any event, after I click the Preview button, nothing happens and I have to click it again. I've had this issue for most of the year.
