Having trouble sending a combined invoice for shipping to an international buyer

I am in the USA and have a buyer in Hungary who has purchased 7 items from me. I am trying to combine shipping for all 7 to reduce the price, but ebay will not let me since it is an international buyer. I have exhausted every resource on ebay I know of to figure this out, but no luck. Can anyone tell me the steps I need to go through to do this? Thank you.

Are you using Ebay International Shipping? If so the best thing to do ask buyer if it is ok to cancel the current transactions so you can create a new listing with all items included at the agreed on price.

@toyson-3 Follow @rfmtm 's advice. You can not send a combined invoice for EIS orders. You can relist all of the items in ONE listing as long as they are from the same category and same type of item.
