Having trouble returning an item
I purchased a printer, but when it got here the ink leaked so I wanted to return it. But when I started my return request the item didn't appear in the items to pick from, all my other items where there and when I went to my purchase history it was there. So in the process of figuring out why it wasn't there it got deleted. I went to request my data and as far as I know it still shows processing for days now. I've tried calling ebay customer service to speak to an agent but the automated system never connects me, and hangs up. The articles are useless for my problem. WHAT CAN I DO?????

Mentor1 year ago@bigpe-4 If you made the purchase using a guest account ( not logged in to your eBay account) it will not be in your purchase history.
To start a return request or report a problem with an item you bought as a guest, you'll need your order confirmation email. This is the email eBay sent at the time of your purchase with all your order details. The subject line starts with "Order Confirmed".
If you don't have that email, you can request another copy of the order confirmation email on this page ( Do NOT log in to your regular eBay account) :

Once you have the email, you can follow the process on the above page to talk to the seller.
You can also open a return request (to get a return label) OR report that the item has not arrived when it's at least one day past the last estimated delivery date.
1) Select View order details in your order confirmation email.
2) Select Return item OR report that the item has not arrived
3) Select your reason for the return if returning an item and select Next.
4) You can add a message to the seller and also upload up to 10 photos showing the item's condition if you are returning an item

OP1 year agoI did not purchase as a guest. The item showed in my purchase history but would not show when selecting the item at the return request page. When trying to figure out what to do I deleted the item from my history. How do I get the item back in my purchase history?

It isn't possible for a user to delete items from his Purchase History, but he can Hide them. In the row of buttons across the Purchases page just above the Orders list, click the Show Hidden button.
