"Having trouble reaching you" with confirmation text.

Question

After an unauthorized Paypal purchase all passwords were changed. Each time I try to log in, Paypa wants to send a text to my (correct number) phone, but says it can't. I've called customer service THREE times and the fix it....for one connection. Then it goes wrong again.

Anyone have this experience?

If you want to know if anyone else is experiencing this, you should be aware that only a handful of volunteer mentors regularly read and can post here. You may want to ask on one of the open discussion boards such as the Buying or Selling board where anyone can respond.

eBay and PayPal have been separate companies for many years now.
