Having trouble posting an item
Ebay continues to flag this item because they said it violated their counterfeit policy. Problem is there are 10 other items with the exact picture and description that others are selling? OF COURSE EBAY WON'T RESPOND to tell me why? Anyone help. Im ready to sell my stuff elsewhere and close the account. Last time this happened I quit buying and selling for two years on ebay.

Mentor6 months agoThe listing could have been reported to Ebay as counterfeit which lead Ebay to remove it.
Do NOT relist the removed item as it will jeopardize your Ebay account.

OP6 months agoThanks already relisted it because I couldn't get ebay to help. Then they flagged the new listing. I am assuming your implying that it was reported by another seller? There are 10 others selling the exact same thing. Because of the lack of support with ebay after 20yrs I think its just time to go. I tried to just close my account it said no.... Thank you though for your help.

The fact that there are 10 other identical items being sold on Ebay does not indicate that the item is not counterfeit. Based on the pictures you posted, the item seems a bit questionable, like the misspelling of "APP stoer" instead of "store". MSRP 399.99??? Looks like a Chinese knock-off.
Many times sellers have items removed by Ebay and they do not quit Ebay over it. You cannot delete your Ebay account since you have listings.
