Having trouble now with saving or listing new items

After updating / creating listing & hitting 'save for later' or list it, eBay freezes, won't complete action & then get eBay homepage down error message. Hasn't worked for 2 last weeks. Customer support has failed 7x and reports issues to Tech Support.
