Having trouble making order
I am trying to make an order for my company and the phone on the account goes to the main line of the company. Why if I have my account information, login & password, does it wait till I go to pay and try to verify me again. I will have to source from somewhere else as I don't have time to wait!!

Sometimes someone else can discover a password or can use an account without authorization. eBay wants to make sure you are the one placing the order before allowing access to your saved payment information.
