Having trouble combining shipping
UPDATE: I got it fixed. Ebay called me and double checked everything.
I'm having trouble combining shipping as a seller. I'm not sure if I'm doing it right. How do I combine shipping for buying multiple items?

Mentor1 year agoClick to Print the label for the first item. ebay will state you have additional orders for the same buyer do you want to combine shipping. Say yes. Change the method of shipping/weight/dimensions of the package as needed, print the label.
You can go to your Orders > Paid and shipped
If you want to send a partial refund for the discount for combined shipping, locate the order, click Send refund, select reason for the refund, the amount, Submit.
