Having to pay sales tax on a silver coin,when the law was changed on March 23rd from Gov. Tony Evers
On March 23rd, Govenor Tony Evers tax law took effect for silver coins,gold coins,platinum coins,silver rounds,and copper ingots to not have sales tax applied for such items.Ebay had no idea that this law was passed over 1 month ago yet when you check out for paying for said item, sales tax is still applied for payment.Wisconsin is the 43rd state to repeal the tax law on precious metals. After 1 month with dealing with ebay for getting my sales tax back,I'm still waiting! Ebay will be loosing millions of buyers that will not be buying from Ebay, when they shouldn't be charged sales tax. I've called them 2 times to refund my monies and it goes nowhere!
