Having seller trouble
So I made 2 separate orders from a seller both the same items.. each has 2 items per order so 4 items total... I have order them about 2-3weeks ago.. I received one order which was both the wrong items. Now the other order has not even left the warehouse area. Both shipped from same place on same day.. now the one order has came they offer an refund. I asked about they other order and they believe it's lost somewhere.. in short they decided I keep the wrong order and asked if I would be satisfied in them resending the whole (both) orders and I agreed to that.. they have sent me a message telling me that I have resent just one item out of the four total
.. I've been nice and understanding with this whole transaction but they have reply back like I'm an inconvenience.. what's you all think I should do.? Suck that out of 4 items they only gave me one and keeping the money
