It appears you recently updated your eBay ID.
Try signing out of eBay completely and then signing back in. That will allow the changes to propagate throughout eBay, and may help with some odd errors.
If that does not help, please describe what happens when you try to pay. How far do you get, and what stops you? What page are you on, what error message do you see? At what point are you getting stuck?

Ebay accepts Visa & Mastercard for purchase payments.
