Mentor3 years agoYou are not charged for the return label until it is used, so you have not paid for it. You should never refund before the item is returned. Your refund closed the return, so your buyer can not access the label that eBay could have provided. So you will have to get your own label.
Open a free account at pirateship.com. Create the return label, print it to a jpeg file. Send the buyer the jpeg file in an eBay message.
