Having issues with eBay international not being available to my buyer

I have eBay International set up on my auction but for some reason my Canada buyer is not able to purchase my auction. Any advice?

I've turned it off and turned it on again, so I hope it's working now. I'll ask my buyer.

I have the Ebay International Shipping program added. I've used it several times before. I don't know why it's not working for this specific auction.

Addendum.

The listing I referenced in my previous reply only ships to the USA. You need to add the EIS to the listing in order for your prospective buyer to make the purchase.

I changed my location to Canada, and all of your listings show $17 shipping, or less, to Canada, except this listing, which has no shipping specified:

My Little Pony Vintage Lot of 7 with 5 flutters, 25th anniversary & Surprise G1

You will need to correct that listing by revising it to enter the weight and dimensions of the package, and once that is done, your Canadian buyer should be able to purchase it.

I have the weight and dimensions of the package listed. That's weird.
