Having issues printing shipping labels and order forms, any one else having this issue

My printer is fine, I ran a diagnostic. ebay said it was them and should be resolved soon, give it a couple hours and try again. I have done that with no improvement. My printer will spit out a label randomly, I have 7 of them now! So far that is all, what a waste for me with paper and ink!! Help! AI person just kept repeating herself with no answer for me.

Have you resolved this? If not come back with OS, browser, and printer model you are using.
