Having issues buying
I just got a new device and signed onto Ebay with my account but it will not let me make purchases. I am unable to tap the buttons to buy.

What operating system version number and app version number are you using?
Some iOS users have been having problems with the eBay app.
If uninstalling/restarting/reinstalling does not help or if your operating system does not support the latest version of the eBay app, uninstall the app or disable the feature that automatically opens eBay browser links in the app and use a browser to reach ebay.com instead.

OP6 months agoThanks for the response. Your reply prompted me to get the ebay app, which seems to have resolved the issues I was having. I was just using the website when I had issues. Thanks again.

Try another browser to rule out a problem with your specific browser.
