Having eBay remove a shipping charge when I want to pickup an item
I purchased something on an offer, but shipping was charged and I cannot figure out how to have it removed.
I am planning to pickup the item, but neither I nor the Seller seem to be able how to edit and remove the shipping charge.
Thanks
