Having a problem reaching ebay shipping labels when listing a new item
Hello,
Ever since yesterday afternoon, right after I listed an item for free shipping, I am not able to reach ebay shipping labels when listing a new item. I am not sure if I did something wrong, or ebay is having a problem with ebay shipping labels. The only options are usps ground advantage and priority mail. Anyone know if there is a problem or if I did something wrong?

Are you using a template when listing your items? If you are, in the shipping section you have chosen what services you will use to ship your items and those will only be the ones you can purchase labels for on ebay. If you intend to ship items with Free Shipping you need to state what service you will use to ship those items.
You cannot purchase labels until after you make a sale. Then go to your Sold section find the item, and click on Purchase label.
