Having a perfectly good item removed by Ebay as "unsafe".
I'm really frustrated with my recent experience with Ebay and their policy to remove my item as unsafe. It is a Dreamland Baby weighted blanket. They said that there are warnings on them for safety issues in using them. I don't feel this is Ebay's call . There are warning on every product out there! Consumers have the right to educate themselves and make their own decisions on whether they want to use the product or not. They have not been taken off the market, and you can actually still by them through the company on the Dreamland website! I sold the first one within a few hours and the second one had an offer on it, so they are a product people want and are buying. If you look at the ones "sold", there are lots of them all within a month! Let customers make their own choices Ebay, this is out of your lane! I would understand if the item had been recalled or taken off the market but these are not! I wish I could complain to someone more directly but when I called they said they would give it to the "resolution" department.

eBay has the right to decide what items can and can not be sold on their site - this is not a public utility.
