Havent recived a refund
I returned an item weeks ago. Tracking shows it was received. Seller is making excuses. I started a return case. Seller now says they cant make a refund with a case open. Is this true? I cant find a number to talk with anyone at eBay an the automatted assistants dont seem to understand the situation. TIA

The seller is attempting to scam you. If you close the case, then you won't get your refund. Go back to the case and use the option there to ask eBay to step in. They will force the refund.
You can report the seller for trying to trick you into closing the case without providing a refund for a returned item at this link:
