Haven't received my purchase

Hello,

I bought an item in August 2023 and it was supposed to be delivered within a month or 2 from china to USA. I made contact with the seller after a couple of months and I was told that they will send a new one, as the courier company might have mishandled my shipment but i still haven't received my shipment. I messaged the seller asking for refund but the seller isn't responding now. I tried reaching out to Ebay support but they are saying " they can't find any recent orders to look into". Can someone here help me out. I will highly appreciate it.

It is way too late for ebay to help you. ebay's Money Back Guarantee expires 30 days from ebay's estimated delivery date.

Since it is past the 30 day limit, you will need to log into Paypal and file an
Item Not Received case there, if that is how you paid, as they allow up to 180 days from date of purchase to file, to get your money back.

If you paid with a credit card, file a charge back with your credit card issuer.
