Haven't received my item
This is the first time that I got lazy and bought an item as a guest instead of logging into my account. Bad me. Well, despite the seller having perfect reviews, I haven't received my item. According to my receipt from eBay, I was to receive it by Nov25-Nov28. I contacted the seller twice, but they haven't answered my inquiries. I even sent pics attached to my contact of my eBay and PayPal receipts.
When I try to get any assistance from eBay, I just get some useless automated bot telling me that they can't find my order despite giving them my order # (I guess cuz I bought it as a guest).
I'm just thoroughly frustrated and honestly don't know what to do since I can't get the seller or eBay to respond to me. The charge has already gone through my credit card, so I know the seller got the $$$. I'm not the most tech savvy person, so trying to navigate the ins and outs of eBay is driving me crazy. Can anyone please help me. Thank you.
