Haven't gotten return shipping label
I just did a return that was accepted by the seller for a defective item but don't see the return label in any of the messages ebay sent me. The seller says that he bought the label. Is there a step that one of us has to take?

To find the eBay return shipping label,go to Purchase history, find the item under Returns , select View return details, and then choose Print label.

OP1 year agoThat's the thing, there is no print label option in return details. Can't find it anywhere. Does it take 24hours to show up? Or does the seller need to do another step or something?
