haven't gotten an item in 2 years
2 years ago I ordered a sofa for my apartment. However as it was a busy time for me and the delivery time was long I soon forgot I had placed the order. I opened my ebay profile for the first time today since I ordered the sofa and suddenly remembered it. I can not contact the seller as their account has been deleted. The chatbot is of no use and since I am european I can't call the callcenter since it only seemingy accepts US and Canadian numbers. Is there a way for me to get a refund here?

The ONLY possibility of getting a refund is through your credit card company ... but I strongly doubt any company will do a chargeback after two years. eBay gives buyers only 30 days from the estimated delivery date to file an 'item not received' claim ... so there's no use in contacting eBay.
How did you forget you ordered a sofa? [That's really a rhetorical question that you don't need to answer. I'm just very surprised.]
