Haven't been paid out in over a month!

Question

We have been consistently selling for over 27 years. I called yesterday and they checked the status of our account and there are no issues. No restrictions, no problems. But they can't tell me why we have all this money just sitting "stuck" not being pushed over into our bank account. We usually get daily payouts (or almost daily). They were supposed to call me back, and didn't. Has anyone ever had this happen to them? Any idea what causes this or how to fix it? Do I just need to keep calling everyday until they release it? To me, it almost feels kind of like a glitch or something.

@74autoparts Here's how to Contact Customer service managed payments if you are still having a problem. Instagram is great for many things but they usually can't help much with Managed Payments issues.

Then Type PAYOUT in the chat bot box on the lower right. (Do not add any additional information)

Then AGENT after the bot responds. You might have to repeat those steps.

Although Mentors are not able to look at your Account details, we can often tell a lot by looking at your public feedback and selling profile.

In your case though, I don't see anything jump out.

I would message eBay on their Instagram page. They are often more knowledgeable than the phone reps.
