Haven't been paid
I haven't been paid for 2 of my orders. They were delivered over 8 days ago. I've gotten paid for the other two orders I shipped at the same time as the other two. when I check the orders they say the funds are available but I've checked my funds on hold and everything else and the money is not there. What do I do?

Mentor6 months ago@breenscards If they were eBay Standard Envelope Shipments did the tracking get updated in the system as delivered? If not then this a common problem with ESE shipping. You may have to wait 31 days for the funds to be released.

Then Type PAYOUT In the chat bot box on the lower right.
Then AGENT after the bot responds. You might have to repeat those steps.

Mentor6 months ago@breenscards Did the tracking update to show delivered on your sold items? If yes then payouts are usually made about 3 business days after tracking shows delivery.
