OP8 months agoThank you for your reply, I only signed up for the subscription on the 23th and I had sold those items before then.
i spoke with someone at eBay this afternoon and they reset my store account because sometimes in the new store process the items for sale don’t transfer over as they should. She said the process may take up 24 hours, maybe 72 hours, I don’t remember exactly but I hope something happens.

It looks like you've sold about 22 items so far in January.
Opening a store is not going to have a negative impact on the number of items you sell, but your seasonal selling curve will. Depending on what they sell, most sellers sell less after the holidays.
