Haven’t received item I ordered and can’t get a response from the seller
I order an item over a week ago and there’s no record of it shipping and no response from the seller. How can I get help

Sellers are not required to mark their items as shipped, nor respond to messages.
What is the estimated date of delivery, as shown in the Order Details in your Purchase History? Has that date passed already?
IF/WHEN the latest estimated date of delivery has already passed by at least 1 day, you have up to 30 days past estimated date of delivery to file a Refund Request:
Go to your My Ebay page >> Purchase history
If the seller does not respond after 3 days, you can ask Ebay to step in to help you.
