Haven’t received item after seven days
I purchased an item on Aug 8. As of today, the 17th, I still haven’t received it and the seller won’t answer my messages or provide a tracking number, and ebay won’t cancel my order. I’m stuck and disgusted. I’ve been selling on here for over a decade and I want my **bleep** money back.

·11 months agoWhat was the latest estimate date of delivery shown when you placed the order? One day after that date, you can open a claim on eBay for an item not received.

OP11 months agoThe seller hasn’t even provided a tracking number and ebay rejected the cancellation request. I really feel like I’m being played.

·11 months agoTracking is a convenience for you, but it is not required. Some packages ship untracked and some sellers do not enter the tracking details into eBay, but have still shipped the package. You have to let this play out at this point.
