Haven’t Received an item
I haven’t received two packages and I have now contacted the seller and eBay and they have both been very unhelpful. They keep saying UPS confirmed delivery of the package, but I still haven’t received either of them. I have now filed a police report and appealed my case, but eBay and the seller Antonline still won’t help me out? What should I do?

If tracking indicates that the packages have been delivered to your shipping address, Ebay will not be able to help you.
Have you contacted UPS to inquire where the delivery person left the packages?
