Haven’t received a full refund
I purchased something totaling to $120, I decided to go through PayPal and pay half with debit, half with credit. I was later refunded for canceling the order. However I only received my refund on my debit card, and my credit card received the refund, but was removed later and it’s been about a week. Do I contact eBay?PayPal? Or the CCC? Thank you.
