Have you had contact/delivery problems with discover-books also?
They took my payment a month ago and will not reply.
What's more, now eBay says they will NOT refund my money! Even though when I ordered, eBay's guaranteed refund policy was promoted. Guess to make me buy (they take kickbacks from each sale $$$ ads up).
And now eBay tells me to "work with the seller."

Did you file an "item not received" case with eBay within thirty days of the last estimated delivery date, and then ask eBay to step in before the deadline passed?

If you waited too long and the deadline has passed for getting help from eBay, you may still have recourse through your payment method. PayPal and many credit cards offer up to six months of protection.
