Yes, I never received my package even though FedEx gives history of it being delivered. In three separate conversations the FedEx Agent was able to tell me the tracking number given me did not have my name or address. Actually identified the company sending it and was not ebay seller.
FedEx told me scammers can be very sophisticated these days and are hard to penalize. Going through the automated ebay customer service is NO HELP. I am gone from ebay, canceling my account and I was here from the beginning. Sad to say what this world is turning into.
