Have to ship 4 days late as out of town
I am out of town and cannot ship by date stated. It will ship 4 days late. What should I do?

Message your customer ASAP and let them know of the delay. If they ask you to cancel the transaction then do so and use the reason "Buyer requested "
If you wind up shipping it outside your Handling time you will get a late shipping defect but one of those very once in a while is not the end of the world.
