Have not received prepaid return label from adidas

Question

So I started a return on Jan 27th and it says I should be able to return the items by 30th with a prepaid label. But I havenâ€™t received a prepaid label yet. I cannot contact seller because they havent replied since I asked for an exchange 10 days ago. What can I do?

If your return request is still open, you can go back to your return request and ask Ebay to step in to help you. Find the item in your Purchases . Select See request details (if your item didn't arrive) or See return details Select Ask eBay to step in and help . Select a reason from the dropdown menu, then select Confirm .
