HAVE NOT RECEIVED ORDER YET
Hi folks, I ordered an item, which has arrived today and I am supposed to receive it soon. However, the delivery is pending, I checked the tracking and the delivery service is Asendia Germany, which seems weird because I am in Canada. After that I did check my address on my account and on the order as well, which shows exactly my Canadian address. Plus, I contact the seller and he also stated certainly that the address is to Canada. So have you ever faced this situation, will the package arrive at my place, what should I do now, and do you know how to contact with an eBay representative for this issue?
