Have not received item and tried contacting the seller with no response
I bought an item and the receive by date keeps changing. I have tried to contact the seller 3 times and have not gotten any response. This all started on July 11th, I used Paypal to pay, the seller has already been paid. I don't know where to go from here. I have never encountered this on ebay before.

·3 years agoIf you're looking at the listing, the estimated date will change every day.
To find your estimated delivery date look in your purchase history.
A day after the estimated delivery date Ebay gave you, open an Item Not Received case.
Go to your purchase history and click I didn't get it in the menu next to the item.
The seller will have 3 days to provide a tracking number showing it was delivered or refund.
If they don't, return to the case on day 4 and ask Ebay to step in.
