Have not received credit for the extra shipping bill did not print and did not used
Have not received credit for the extra shipping label which did not print and did not used it. The item was sold on 04/20/2026 for the total amount including shipping $18.30. I received credit to my bank account only $5.78. I did spoke to customer service and they said it should be in you account in 2 days and that was over a week ago.
My question is : Where is my credit / refund for the amount of $4.78.
I am awaiting your acknowledgement and you respond regarding this subject and refund.

OP5 months agoI received an email from Ebay that the amount of $4.78 for unused shipping label deposited in my account and will be available in 1 -3 days.
Thank you everyone for your support and providing me with needed information.

We are members like you, we are not eBay.
Did you cancel the unused label? When did you submit the cancellation? It takes about 3 weeks to get the refund once the cancellation is submitted.

OP5 months agoYes I did after figuring it how to do that, and I believe I did it the next day the one I did not use.
