Have I been scammed
I purchased an item thru eBay. Returned item. Seller says he returned refund their eBay. What does that mean.

What was the reason for returning the item, and how did you return the item? Did you file a dispute using the Money Back Guarantee (MBG), Or did you just contact the seller?
If you filed a dispute through the MBG the seller would have to provide you with a return shipping label, and when its tracking showed Delivered, the seller would have to refund within 2 days of receiving it.
If the reason for the return was a Buyer's remorse reason, such as Didn't fit, Found one for a lower price, Changed my mind... etc. You would have to pay the return shipping cost, and upload a tracking number, so that ebay and the seller would know the item was returned.
If you returned it without uploading a tracking number hopefully you still have the postal receipt, otherwise you will not be able to get a refund.
We may be able to give you a better answer if you post the ebay item number which you can find in your Order details under the Item title, it is 12 digits long without hyphens.
